For eligible clients who have completed a Cognitive Baseline & Brain Health Evaluation, Brain Track™ provides a structured annual reassessment designed to identify changes in cognitive performance and place them in the context of the individual's established baseline.

Rather than starting from zero each year, subsequent assessments can be compared with prior results to help identify patterns and trends that may warrant attention or further clinical discussion.
